An extract of the individual account

You can order a statement of your personal account corresponding to the OASI (AHV) number on your insurance certificate directly from our compensation office. Please note that the statement can only be sent to your personal address.

The AHV number (OASI number), which you require to make the order, is listed on your OASI certificate as well as on your health insurance card.
