Old-age pension
All persons who have reached the official retirement age (65 for men and 64 for women) and were insured in Switzerland for at least a year are entitled to an old-age pension.
The old-age pension may be brought forward one or two years or be postponed for one to five years, whereby the pension is reduced (advance claim) or increased (postponement) accordingly. More informations: Leaflet 3.04 - Flexible retirement age
In addition to the old-age pension, a children's pension is also paid for children who are under 18 or who are under 25 and still in education.
